Please note that seed replacements are for existing
customers only. Proof of purchase may be required. Seed replacements can take
anywhere from 2-3 weeks to receive depending on when the request was submitted,
volume of requests, and transit time.

To help us process your seed replacement requests as quickly
and efficiently as possible, please refer to the following guidelines:

• Please allow the germination window to pass before requesting
  replacement seeds. Some seed varieties can take 1-3 months to sprout. If you
  are not sure what the germination window is, please refer to our seed germination information page.
• Please refrain from submitting multiple seed requests for
  the same seed variety within the 2-3 week processing period. If you would like
  to inquire about your seed replacement status, you may contact us using our
  general contact form.
